Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with every leather product you order.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their packaging

• Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty

Return Period

• You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order

• Contact us first before sending anything back

How to Return

• Email florizinternational@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

• We will provide instructions and a returns address

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we process a refund within 5–7 working days

• Refunds are made to the original payment method

• Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility unless the item is faulty

Exchanges

• Exchanges are treated as a return followed by a new order

• Contact us to arrange the process

Faulty or Damaged Items

• If your item arrives damaged or is defective, contact us immediately

• We will arrange a replacement or full refund
